Food is fresh and good variety. Rice was nice, unlike some other conveyor belt sushi places where the rice is dried up. The only slight inconvenience my kids experienced was the need to lift the cover to get the plates off the conveyor vs how Kura does it. But we were there for the food thus the 5 star rating.
